Scholarship Application Instructions

Please submit the following items clipped (not stapled) together in the following order:

1. Scholarship application form (below).

2. A current transcript.

3. A letter stating why you should be considered as a candidate for this award.

4. A letter from a faculty professor in department in which you are majoring.

5. Portfolio samples, as described below.

  • ·  Studio Art Major: A portfolio of your finished work (10 slides in a reel or a CD with 10 .jpg images) with description of each work, including size. One original, shrink-wrapped, unframed, matted work.

2. Have a major in Art at Cameron University, Lawton, Okla.

3. Have and maintain a 3.0 GPA.

5. Be enrolled as a full-time student at Cameron University, Lawton, Okla.
