OPen Call for ARtists

We are seeking inspiring and innovative works from talented local and regional artists who wish to share their unique visions and voices with the community. Whether you're an emerging artist or have years of experience, we invite you to submit your work for consideration.

Submissions in all mediums of fine art, including painting, sculpture, photography, printmaking, mixed media, and digital art will be considered.

Our selection committee will review all submissions, and selected artists will be notified via email.

Please note that due to the volume of submissions, we can only contact artists whose work has been selected for exhibition.

Submission Requirements

Here is what you need to provide to be considered for an exhibition.

Submissions should be sent via email to lpartgallery@gmail.com with the subject line “Art Submission: [Your Name].”

  • Please submit up to 10 pieces of artwork for consideration.

    These should be high-resolution images of your work (JPEG format, at least 1920 pixels on the longest side).

    Include a detailed description of each piece, including the title, medium, dimensions, and year of creation.

    For sculptural or installation works, include dimensions and any specific installation requirements.

    Due to file-size limitations, you are welcome to provide a link to a folder of your work on a cloud storage service like Google Drive or DropBox. Links to Instagram pages or other forms of social media will not be accepted.

  • Please provide a brief artist statement (no more than 300 words) that describes your artistic approach, process, and the inspiration behind your work.

  • In addition to your artist statement, please provide an updated CV or Resume. Make sure to include any past, present, or future exhibitions, all art-related work or volunteer experience, and all art-related education.

  • While your cover letter can be as simple as the body of an email, please make sure to introduce yourself by briefly highlighting who you are as an artist. Additionally, tell us about what your exhibition would be about if you are chosen. This can be as simple as discussing an ongoing series you’re exploring and want to exhibit, or as complicated as discussing a theme you have in mind for a body of work.
